A wonderful bakery with a large variety to choose from. This was my first time visiting and already looking forward to going back. So many flavors of paczki! We got prune, raspberry and blueberry and they were all phenomenal. If you are like me and have not had an authentic paczki before, you have to try New Palace Bakery! Those glorified jelly donuts you get at the grocery store can't even begin to measure up to what an authentic paczki is supposed to be. We also got a variety box of kolaczki cookies (apricot, raspberry, prune and cream cheese) all flavors of those were delicious as well. Last but not least, we got a container of the Angel wings. I had never had those before either and what a treat they were. There were so many different things to choose from, it was hard to not want to try everything (goals!) Highly recommend New Palace Bakery. Established in 1908, there's a reason they are still going all these years later. Fantastic selection of delicious baked goods β€οΈ

Several friends and I tried a bunch of paczki while making our way around Detroit. The service was super kind and prompt, and the paczki were absolutely scrumptious. Thanks New Palace Bakery!

This was the first stop of our food tour and the PΔ czkis were SO good. The shop is full of culture and so many varieties of pastries. The lady running the shop was sweet and happy to teach us about the pastries.

First time getting a paczki on fat Tuesday from this popular bakery in Hamtramck. On that day, a long line is to be expected. The taste of these was top tier. I'm happy that I stopped at the bakery and plan on making the trip every year.

Wonderful bakery with a wide variety of delicious baked goods. The staff are extremely friendly and kind, even amidst the business of paczki season. We were especially excited they have poppy seed rolls and angelβs wings. So many great choices, we look forward to going back.
